A young man from the Republic of Moldova works in a vast logistics center in Germany, where people are guided step by step by the voice of an artificial intelligence called Lydia.
At 24, Damian leaves his village in Moldova and heads for the West to save money and build a house. His life unfolds between two realities: the rural community where human relationships and the rhythm of the seasons shape everyday life, and the automated world of a German warehouse, where every movement is coordinated by Lydia. Damian’s daily routine and Lydia’s voice commands reveal a world in which work and human communication are being reshaped by technology.
