Two men, at different stages of life, find themselves in the same painful place: separated from their life partners, now forced to learn how to continue. One is the father of two teenagers, trapped in a marriage marked by infidelity. He tentatively tries to rebuild, fumbling his way through social media. The other, childless, lives in isolation, stuck in a cycle of grief and memories. Both attend support groups. What does it mean to lose – as a man? And what does the road back to oneself look like, when pain has no words?
