Russia’s President Vladimir Putin has become a collective obsession, proof is that he has become a character in the dreams of war-affected people that they share online. The filmmakers documented more than 1000 dreams and chose a few to illustrate them, using archive footage of Putin in hilarious national hero poses, as well as 3D gaming animation (using Unreal Engine). So they made a dreamlike experimental movie that tries in a funny and absurd way to answer the question – how did Vladimir Putin get into people’s subconscious and what is he doing there?
