Astra Film Junior is Astra Film's educational programme for pupils and teachers. The 2026 edition runs under the official collaboration protocol with the County School Inspectorate. For schools and teachers this means:

  • activitățile pot avea loc în timpul programului școlar, cu acordul conducerii unității de învățământ;
  • cadrele didactice implicate pot primi adeverințe de participare;
  • informările oficiale către școli pot fi transmise prin Inspectorat.

You receive one free teacher / companion ticket for every 10 pupils. Enter the number of pupils and we add the free tickets automatically.

Book your class in 5 steps

The coordinating teacher books online. Have the class details ready before you start.

    Choose the right programme

    Select a screening or activity and check the 6+, 11+ or 15+ age group.

  2. 2

    Add each class

    Enter paid pupil tickets and free social-case tickets separately. Companions are calculated automatically.

  3. 3

    Add contact details

    Teacher name, e-mail, phone, school, town and class are used for the booking and any programme changes.

  4. 4

    Confirm and pay

    Complete the order through the payment link. A fully free booking only needs confirmation.

    Keep all 3 tickets

    You receive 3 separate tickets: one for full-price pupils, one for social-case pupils and one for teachers / companions. They all belong to the same booking and must be shown at the entrance, on a phone or printed.

The payment link is valid for 5 hours

If payment is not completed in time, the seats and tickets are cancelled automatically. You can start again from your account, subject to availability.

On the day of the screening

A one-minute check before leaving shortens the wait for the whole group.

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes before the start.
  • Have every ticket ready, including free tickets.
  • Check date, time and venue.
  • Pupils enter with the coordinating teacher or designated adult.

Ticket validity

  • Seats are unreserved.
  • A ticket is valid only for its screening, date and time and cannot be transferred to another screening.
  • Free pupil and companion tickets are valid only within the same group booking.
  • Unused tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Responsibilities during the visit

Coordinating teacher

  • gets the school management's approval;
  • supervises the group and is responsible for safety and conduct;
  • chooses an age-appropriate programme.

Pupils

  • attend with a valid ticket;
  • follow the 6+, 11+ or 15+ recommendation;
  • enter and remain with their accompanying adult.

Entry and filming

  • We may refuse entry to anyone without a ticket or anyone who does not follow the venue rules.
  • You may photograph or film during screenings only with permission from the Astra Film Junior team.
Book tickets

Your certificate is generated from your account

Each certificate is issued to the responsible teacher who attended the screening. There are no tables to fill in or details to send by e-mail: the platform automatically uses the information from your account and booking:

  • the teacher's name and school from the profile;
  • the class and number of attendees;
  • the screening, date and venue.

After the screening, the Astra Film Junior team confirms the teacher's attendance. Then open Your certificates, choose the school and certificate type, and submit the request. We will e-mail you when the PDF is issued, and you can download it from your account.

Important information

  • The participation conditions also include the provisions of our protocol with the County School Inspectorate.
  • Pupils, teachers and companions must follow the entry conditions and venue rules.
  • We publish any programme, schedule or ticketing changes on the website. When needed, we also send the update through the County School Inspectorate.
