When Fanny turns 18, she explains to her parents in a heartfelt and touching video that she feels she was born in the wrong body and that she wants to become Lukas, but is afraid that when they find out the truth, they won’t love him as much. We then witness Lukas’ physical and mental transformation. Will his parents support him? Will they accept him?
